The Leaky Condo Problem
by Mary Anne Waldron, Professor of Law at the University of Victoria. A major area of Professor Waldron’s teaching and research interest is property law. "How T-Rex Ate Vancouver" was presented at the 28th annual Workshop on Commercial and Consumer Law held at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto on October 16-17, 1998. The paper is published in the May 1999 issue of the Canadian Business Law Journal.
